Interview with Frank Poulsen

"If someone has a problem with me, I would like if he tells it directly to me and not to everybody in the company except me.. I don't like gossips."
We asked our managers some questions about their personal life. What are they really like?
1. How would you describe your character and personality?
I'm an idealist. A bit naive idealist, haha. Sometimes I'm disappointed because of trusting people that I shouldn't have trusted. But yeah, I'd prefer not to analyze that in detail. Everybody is different, and we all have some strengths and some weaknesses.
2. What are your weaknesses?
Occasionally, I give priority to my emotions over rational thinking, even where the opposite would be much better.
3. What can make you really angry at work?
That's quite a difficult question. Probably gossips and slander. When it comes to huge teams and groups of people, this is perhaps unavoidable. But I'm trying not to be part of that and not supporting this in any way. I like professional, assertive, and direct behavior. If someone has a problem with me, I would like it if he tells it directly to me and not to everybody in the company except me.. I just don't like gossips.
4. What is your favorite food?
I love cakes and sweets, but I wouldn't refuse even a good steak. However, I'm sure that my biggest gastronomic passion is Japanese cuisine. I'll never resist! Mainly the sushi! :) When I just think about it, I'm hungry right now! :D
5. What do you like the most about working in QuanTech company?
I'm a communicative type of person, and I like meeting new people. In the HR department, I have the opportunity to meet many interesting personalities, which makes my work very exciting and dynamic for me. That's exactly what I love about my job!
